How often do drunk people steal airplanes?

Here in Alaska, it happens much more often than people like to admit. I always hear stories coming back from the bush about a drunk villager climbing into somebodys cub or cessna and trying to take off. sometimes they actually make it off the ground. usually they get stopped in the process.

Almost never happens, even drunk people knows that without proper flight training an airplane is just a suicide machine.
