Premier league teams will usually tweek their kit every season. The colours of the home kit will stay the same but there maybe some subtle or major differences in the design. The away kit will usually change everything each year, especially with the big clubs. Colours and all.

They change their jeyseys colours only for away shirts, for home shirts they always stay the same, like Man You always red, liverpond always red, chelsea always blue. That's their main color that symbolized their club.
