How often do prisoners get early parole

like if they apply for a 90 do shock or early parole how ofen in the state of iowa do they get approved???

Not sure about Iowa, but in most states, depending on the charges, sentances and good behavior, and much depends on how crowded the prison is,  a prisoner will serve between 1/2 to 1/4 or less of their sentance.
