How often do pro vball players switch sides during a game?

during the avp tour, some teams switched sides around 2/3 points and some around 4 and then a few more times during the game. is there a specific point in a game where the players switch sides?

The teams will switch sides after every 7 points scored in the first games and every 5 points scored in the deciding game.  That way, the sun and the wind and all factors will be as even as you can get them.  I am not talking about one team getting to 7 points, I am talking about 7 points combined for both teams.  As in 4 to 3, switch, 8 to 6 and so on.
