How often do u keep refilling a gerbils food dish?

Why is this in the fish section? Any ways, every morning. Would you like to drink dirty water, or eat old food, and only get clean water, or new food when you drink all the dirty water? Sick.

You refill it when its empty.

Make sure there is food to eat OVERNIGHT!!!  otherwise the gerbils will bang, scratch, shake the food dish and keep you awake until you fill it.

Gerbils are nocturnal animals (active at night).  Fill the dish in the evening!

I speak from experience!  I just had to remind my kids about that very subject.  good luck.
