How often do u need a full physical exam?

ok, so a a few months ago i was told i needed to get a full physical exam soon, and i havent yet. i really dont want to get one but i suppose i have to and so what i want to know is how often will i have to get the full physical exam? im 13 now and ive never had it done before and i heard from someone that its supposed to be done yearly or something but how is that true if ive never had it before? can someone tell me how often ill have to do this?

every year since i was a baby i've had a full physical exam, just 2 make sure everything is ok and that i'm growing properly. Plus shots, and getting my blood drawn 2 check cholestrol and stuff like that... it's not weird or anything like that it's only about 10-15 min maximun.
