  3. I talk to God because HE is my best friend. he gives me peace in the midst of my storms. I do not waite until I have troubles because HE is interested in everything about my life.

Yes with a big YES it helps. Because God loves me and wants me to be happy. and HE will see you through too.

Just talk to Him, friend with Friend!!

  4. It depends. Lately I have been asking hourly. Sometimes even more.

I have a child with a debilitating disease. I have absolutely no power or ability to help him. We are in another crisis. I spend every "down" moment praying asking God to intervene, or to give me the strength to endure.

  5. I ask the Virgin Mary to intervene and talk to God on my behalf all the time.  If only people realized what her intercession was worth!

    1. Whoever shall faithfully serve me by the recitation of the Rosary shall receive signal graces.

    4. It will cause virtue and good works to flourish; it will obtain for souls the abundant mercy of God; it will withdraw the hearts of men from the love of the world and its vanities and will lift them to the desire of eternal things. Oh, that souls would sanctify themselves by this means.

    5. The soul which recommends itself to me by the recitation of the Rosary, shall not perish.

    6. Whoever shall recite the Rosary devoutly, applying himself to the consideration of its sacred mysteries, shall never be conquered by misfortune. God will not chastise him in His justice, he shall not perish by an unprovided death; if he be just, he shall remain in the grace of God and become worthy of eternal life.

    7. Whoever shall have a true devotion for the Rosary shall not die without the Sacraments of the Church.

    15. Devotion to my Rosary is a great sign of predestination.

  6. I used to think like that, and used to pray for better marks at school, better health, more money, even for good results for my sportsteams. Sometimes it seemed to work, sometimes it did not.

The problem with that, that we basically lower God to the level of Santa Clause, who is just there waiting for our requests, and if we have been good kids, we would get a present we ask for.

But it does not work like that. God or the Creator is an unchanging force, a law which flows, regardless of whatever we do.

Our job is to figure out, how this law works, and then to try to get into the flow ourselves.

The truth is, that even now, if we ask for something that is within this law, or the interest of God, it would happen, but it would be random luck from our part.

So if you are interested in figuring out, what the Creator wants from us, so then we can pray to Him a prayer that would be listened to, please visit the following website more more information.

    All the best!

  7. I pray several times a day, but not to ask Him for anything. Only to thank Him for everything he has done and is doing in my life. The only things I ask for is patience, guidance, and to help me to be more like Him everyday and do the things that Jesus did when he was here.

  8. I ask for his guidance and blessings daily.  I talk to him all the time.
