  1. You should brush their hair every other day or at least 3 times a wk Doing so will reduce hairballs, make them cleaner, cool them off, and just make them healthier all around

  2. ex.today and the next day after tomarrow

  3. Once a day for best results

  4. There is no absolute answer about brushing, it really depends on your cat's coat.  I have a Maine Coon that needs a complete brushing weekly and daily touch ups are a big help.

Many kitties enjoy being brushed and it's almost like caressing them.  Start slow and your kitty will probably come to enjoy grooming too.  If you run into a difficult knot, don't hesitate to simply cut it out.  It's much easier for both of you!

    Good Luck!

  5. If the cats have long hair, then every 2 days.

I don't brush short hairs though, as that's what their tongues are for.

Note: They don't actually have taste buds, they have a brush for a tongue. :p

    Lol

  6. I brush my cat's fur every day.

"Regular sessions with a brush or comb will help keep your pet’s hair in good condition by removing dirt, spreading natural oils throughout her coat, preventing tangles and keeping her skin clean and irritant-free.

If your cat has short hair, you only need to brush once a week:

    - First, use a metal comb and work through her fur from head to tail.

    - Next, use a bristle or rubber brush to remove dead and loose hair.

    - Be extra-gentle near her chest and belly.

If your cat has long hair, you will need to brush every day:

    - Start by combing her belly and legs; be sure to untangle any knots.

    - Next, brush her fur in an upward motion with a bristle or rubber brush.

    - To brush her tail, make a part down the middle and brush the fur out on either side. "

  7. Once or twice a week is sufficient for short haired cats and every other day for semi longhairs. Once or twice a day for long haired cats is necessary.

  8. if its a long hair do it as often as possible. Depending on how much loose hair she/he has, you can do it once a day or once a week. With short hairs i would say once a week

  9. every other day for the one with loose hair and once a week for the others
