I am doing research and it is entirely horrible for your health, even what are thought to be healthy choices. For example, let us say someone is trying to lose weight, so instead of their typical double cheeseburger they decide to get a caesar salad. Bad choice. the McDonald's Caesar salad has the same amount of fat content as the Quarter Pounder (30 grams fat 13 saturated). I'd like to see how many of you eat McDonald's and how frequently. Thank you!
