  1. My oldest (12) eats eggs all the time. Sometimes as many as 6 a day. He's really thin and healthy and it hasn't caused him any problems at all.

My younger one (4) eats them about 3 times a week (2 at a time) She's also thin and healthy.

  2. My son would eat eggs all day if i would cook them for him but since he has been able to eat them he eats 2 a day.

  3. when mine was that young he ate 2 eggs every day for breakfast

hes 5 now and eats three eggs once a week as hes in school and eggs take to long to prepare

eggs are very good for kids

  4. If he'll eat them, give them to him.  He won't eat eggs forever.  Eventually, he'll want something else.  I don't think there is harm in an egg every morning for breakfast.  It's not like a Twix bar.

For us, it is peanut butter sandwiches every day for lunch.

  5. Eggs aren't her favorite...But I find myself cooking them more in the cooler months than I do in the summer months....ODD? Summer months about once a week...cooler months 2 or 3 times a week.

  6. My daughter has eggs almost everyday.  I would say on average 5 to 6 times a week.

  7. eggs are really healthy, they contain omega 3 fatty acids. Iwould say twice a week or three times a week.

  8. My little guy doesn't really like them, but if he did I'd probably give them to him every day.

Eggs are a great breakfast food. They only got a bad rap a few years ago when people were worried about cholesterol.

For a young child, they're a great food!

  9. My daughter probably eats about 4 eggs a week sometimes she eats more than that.  She sometimes wants them for breakfast, lunch or dinner.  I don't think you should worry about eggs.   They are a great source of protein and are good for brain development.  All the latest research that I have heard is that eggs are better for you than we thought in the late 80's and early 90's.

  10. My daughter is 17 months and she also loves eggs. She eats around 5 eggs a week.

Don't worry about giving him to many eggs, they are very healthy, plus their bodies digest cholesterol different then adults, if that is what you worried about.
