i'm a floss-addict. i floss after every time i eat. i'm paranoid... i have toothpicks everywhere, too (car, every bedroom, office), i just don't want food in my teeth! :)

if you do it the same time everyday then you are more likely to do it all the time.

I use the dentek floss picks. it's so much easier than using string dental floss.

ur supposed to floss twice a day but its ok if u floss once a day
