How often do you get fast food? and is this healthy for me?

i eat fast food many times a week, not everyday but many times a week. i only eat subways and popeyes. i eat subways mostly, usually like 3-4 times a week for lunch to stay healthy and have a small waist size. and popeyes sometimes when i am craving for it. all the other times, i eat at home, my mom cooks for me. so now from what i said, is this eating habit healthy for me or not? and how often do you eat fast food? more or less than me?

  1. I eat fast food about twice a month and that's only after a night of drinking and clubbing and me and my boyfriend are starving on our way home. I think you eat fast food a little too much. Just because you are thin doesn't mean you are healthy. You should cut down a little bit to like 2 or 3 times a week at most.


  2. well,it's not important for me actually.  i eat fast food everyday,because i am a student and don't go home until 7pm for dinner. so,i have lunch out side~~~

  3. I believe its okay. I eat out sometimes, when i dont have my lunch or on special occasions. But Subway is healthy anyways so i dont see anything wrong with this.

  4. I think it's ok. Espically since it's subway. I usually eat it more than you. I know it's not healthy but I really don't have a choice.

Well currently I am living in Japan.  I eat worse here than I did in Canada.  But not many times I week am I eating fast food.  In Canada I ate it maybe 3 times a month.  MAX and it would be something small or shared with another person.  Here I tend to go to 7/11 alot for food during school.  I hate the lunches.  But anyways.

    I dont think it is healthy but since you are eating subway it wont kill you.  Just go look on the subway website for food information.  there is a ton of sodium and sugar in the bread.  just because it is fresh doesnt mean they aren't hiding something bad

  6. I think its ok, I eat fast food only on weekends because I cook alot and weekends I give myself a break from the kicthen.

  10. It really depends on what you eat that makes it healthy or unhealthy. I eat fast food almost everyday. I am always on the go and very seldom do I cook. I am trying to change that..because the food I chose to eat from those place makes it unhealthy for me. I think that you could eat out everyday and still be healthy..you have to make good food selections tho. Subway is one of the best choices to make.

  11. 2-3 times a week. I eat what I like. Regardless of what you eat, you will die of something someday. I just don't worry about it. When it happens, it happen.

  12. My doctor put me on a diet plan. I used to eat fast food maybe a little more than you. Eating Subway foods is great because it's all low fat and/or fat free. Popeye's has good but when you eat there, just work out later that day so you know that you gain the fat.

  13. I read an article in Fortune about the CEO of Carl's Jr. who eats the $6 dollar burger 5 times a week, but is in great shape because he works out. My opinion is that you can get away eating whatever you want as long as you exercise and stay active. If you can't do so than I would avoid fast food and try to only eat there like once a week.

  15. it really depends on what you eat at subway. if it's nice healthy lean cuts of meat, and not a lot of extra condiments then sure, its not bad at all! a lot better than mcdonalds everyday! as long as you eat healthy at subway, then that's perfectly fine.

    as for me, i don't really eat fastfood at all, usuallly me and my family would go out to eat like every other weekend, but not really fastfood. it's just not my thing.

  16. i eat fat food like once every two weeks if tht. exept for last week i drofve 6 hrs there and 6 hrs back and then went on 2 plane rides so i probbally ate fast food 5 times in a period of 10 days but i havent eaten any fast food since. try limiting ur fast food to once a week.

  17. I eat subway alot aswell, but the trick to keep it healthy is to stay away form the oil and mayo, and also chips and pop.

    other then that I think that you are healthy.
