i eat fast food many times a week, not everyday but many times a week. i only eat subways and popeyes. i eat subways mostly, usually like 3-4 times a week for lunch to stay healthy and have a small waist size. and popeyes sometimes when i am craving for it. all the other times, i eat at home, my mom cooks for me. so now from what i said, is this eating habit healthy for me or not? and how often do you eat fast food? more or less than me?
