  1. I run everyday, I run 1 mile , and it takes me about 6 minuets.


  2. im doing summer mileage right now

    ive ran 7 days for the last 2 weeks --> monday to friday is about 5 miles in 38 minutes (with at least 4 strides every other day)

    saturday is about 6.4 miles -- for some reason its at a faster pace than my weekday runs

    sunday is easy 4 miles (i find that if i dont run on sunday my knees get all heavy for the next week)

  3. i try to run at least 5 times a week

    once a week ill do a long run of 50 min to 1 hour and that will be around 6 miles

    then other days i do a mile and a half warm up and lift weights after, that takes 9 to 10 min

    and lastly i do a two mile run on other days. 15 min it takes on average

    2miles usually takes me 14 min.

  5. I go running every 2nd day of the week, and i run for about an hour, but I'm not shore how far, i think its like 10 or 11 km I'm not to sure sorry.

    I believe running is a very good sport and will give you a lot of stamina and strength for every sport.

  8. I'm 16 and a beginner at the sport of cross-country. I run everyday. Four days a week I run an easy long(3-6mi.)  slow pace.  On the other three days a week I run a 5k anywhere from tempo pace to race pace speed.

  9. well i can never run again :( i did somehting to my leg running. but i would never put a tiem limit on it because i just loved the way it would make you feel.  i would go almost everyday if i didnt have to work. if your just starting out i would run a mile as fast as you can and time it. but i cant really help you much cause i don't know if you want to run for speed or distance. if you want you can message me back and i can help you with advice and tips. MAKE SURE U STRECTCH AND WARM UP UR MUSCLES NO  MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!

  10. i am on the cross country and track team at my high school.  For cross country we run mondays thru fridays and then our meets are usually on saturdays.  Mondays and wednesdays we do intervals (10 400s at a 90 second pace with a minute break inbetween, 5 800s at a 3 minute pace with a 3 minute reak inbetween, or mile repeats)  And then tuesdays, thursdays, and fridays we go on 5 mile road runs and finish in about 40ish minutes.  hope that helped.  =)

  13. I am training for cross country, so I run everyday. I run between 30 and 120 minutes, so It's probably between 3 1/2 miles and around 10 miles.
