How often do you have pest control come spray?

I live in Arizona. I used to have them come once a month. Then I canceled the service because their customer service sucked so much. I haven't noticed any difference since.

once a month but your still going to see the occasional ant, spider etc.

when i see one or two I call, tell what kind of bug i've seen and they'll usually come again.

I live in Houston, TX.  We spray once a year.  I have not seen a bug in many years (in my house, i mean)

I like in Arizona and we have them come out every six months. We find that we have ant issues in the summer (like right now!) and spiders in the winter.

Our guy is great and if you still have issues within 30 days, he'll come right back out and treat again.

As a landlord in Tempe, I offer it for free twice a month.

I have no bugs because of this service.

Unless my residents are high and are seeing things.

Like the lady who thought a suitcase was a dog!

I read the book "Tiny Game Hunting" by Klein and Wenner.  It tells all the things you can do to get rid of bugs.  I love it.  I have not used pest control since reading it.  So my answer is "never".  

Nature has a way of achieving balance. I'm in Arizona. /
