How often do you see questions that don't actually want a real answer?

To where the questioner just wants you to say "yep your right, what’s wrong with those other people".

When I see a question, I try to answer it, When people ask "how can people think this way" I'll answer how others have come to the conclusion or answer with agreeing or disagreeing and give my reasons why.

How often do you come across this and what are your thoughts on the occurrence?
