  1. i have done that too many times. i have learned not to set goals. now i just go with the flow.

  2. Never.

    I keep it simple.

My only goal is to be the best person I can be.

  3. ...it doesn't happen that way...

...its a roll of the dice, all or nothing...

    ...less responsibilities to face...

  4. I don't really set goals, but a new way to live.

At least that is what it is for me.

  5. There's a saying "Be careful what you wish for, for you might get it." Sometimes you might want something without thinking sufficiently of what the ramifications would be if you actually achieved it (such as hoping for intimacy with a celebrity who will remain unnamed here). Could you actually handle having such a thing come true (even if protection was used)? Yet we need to have such dreams -for without them what would our lives be like?

"Dreams that do come true can be as unsettling as those that don't."

  6. All to often & yes I could do with some protection.

Better to learn my own lessons though in the long run.

  7. everytime i set my goals, most of them are straight forward and exact but i agree though beyond these goals its hard for me to discern what is there waiting for me, if at the end of the day, will they serve me well or not. with that i dont think i have found the tool to protect myself from threats they may bring. i do believe that life is too short and i wont spend a single time to worry for something by contempletion of the risks of the future.

the only thing i am sure right now is that reaching the goal is already a battle itself, everyday brings risk and complacency is not the best defense.

  8. Your questions are like ocean currents.

Although it is difficult to accurately predict outcomes, life is much more difficult if the effort is not made.

  9. Those goals with that sense of risk, aren't they the most wanted??

As it is with the opposite s*x...... the more alluring they are, the more protection we should need!!! heheheee

  10. VERY SELDOM

  11. ...not too often anymore...once upon a time, it was different...although I often worked hard for something, I didn't take too much time in predicting a possible negative outcome and would throw caution to the wind and go forward but not always with the results I wanted or needed due to lack of planning or just plain lack of foresight...I still have fanciful thoughts now and again, but experience has taught me to yield more often...cool question, by the way

  12. Not nearly as much as I used to. I used to think I knew what I wanted, and I blindly thought I could get it from the first thing that caught my eye. It took ten years to finally realize that had been my first mistake. Now, I take care to do what I can with a goal in mind, but I'm not going to be impatient on the big things. Big decisions require time for thought and that's what I plan to do with my life now. I keep my impulses to shopping for clothes and CD's...within reason :)

  13. I have thought it so often. I try to ask if these goals are for the better, then I acheive them
