How often do you shower ?

Everyday.  Well almost everyday.  When I don't really do anything that day that will make me sweat or get dirty working outside I don't shower.  I was told that you should not shower everyday.  It should be every other day.  I hear it is bad for your hair to shower and wash your hair everyday or more.  Doing that will dry it out and your skin.  That is what I have heard.

Usually just every other day @ night before going to bed.

Although sometimes in summer or on weekends I've been known to do it twice in one day.

The second is usually just a 'freshen up' and I don't re-wash my hair

In summer, as often as 3 times a day. More likely just twice and in the winter only once.

Daily, every morning, or my hair doesn't cooperate. Every night too on hot summer days to cool off, remove dirt and sweat if I've been working outside in the lawn. =)
