How often do you shower?

i shower every 2 days? is this enough? showering every day is apparently not good for your hair... how often do you shower? daily or what..? just interested..

I shower and wash my hair every day.  It does not affect my hair at all.  I use an excellent shampoo and conditioner from my salon.

I shower every morning and usually in the evening too.  You can shower without washing your hair if you're worried about it, but I wash mine every day and no problem so far.

i SHOWER everyday, but i wash my hair two times a week.  i use a mild all natural soap for showering and a shower cap on my hair.

i shower everyday but i wash my hair every other day. i put it up and wear a shower cap i think its un sanitary to not shower everyday so i would say shower everyday but wear a shower cap

i work in a restaurant. sometimes twice a day, once before and once after work. But I have three days off a week and I usually go two days without on weekends unless I get some serious stank going on. I think it depends on if you have a lot of physical activity. When I was working phone lines I sometimes skipped a day. But waitressing...it would be suicide.

You COULD take a shower everyday, but just skip a day in washing your hair. Just put it in a towel while you're in the shower.

but i take biotin so my hair won't dry out

Once a day but twice a day when it's really hot and steamy. I only take it at night or in the morning if I forgot to take it at night. Taking too much can dry your skin and hair and that's not good.

That's gross. You're supposed to shower every day!!! Everyone knows that! And it's okay to wash your hair every day, because modern shampoo doesn't strip your hair of its natural oils. Besides, you can still take a shower and not wash your hair. Didn't your parents teach you to shower every day? It's common knowledge.

You're supposed to shower everyday but wash your hair every other day. I shower every day and wash my hair every day because I don't like my hair being greasy.

But in the summer and stuff, when I sweat a lot, I shower every day.

And about your hair, you could either wear a shower cap and wash it every other day, or use some conditioner or hair product that is good for your hair.

I usually shower every couple days because that's when my hair starts to look bad. There's really no reason to shower more often than that except to make yourself feel better or if you happen to do something during the day that makes you dirty or sweaty.

I've always gone by this policy and have never had any complaints that I smell.

i shower every day because my hair will get very greasy if i don't. and i will start to smell bad. every 2 days sounds like it is a little too long to go without a shower (in my opinion) but if your hair still looks fine and you smell good thats cool 2 i guess
