How often does Carnival change the menu choices?

We took the Conquest in March, 07 and will be taking her again in June, 08. Just wondering if we will have the same menu options or if they change the menus each year.

I have heard that beginning with the Conquest class ships they are changing the menu but havent heard the rool out date yet. i believe they are starting with the Spendor
