Depends how old you are, people who have just started shaving at 15 or 16 might only be once a week, professionals in their 30s or 40s often shave every day.

Often it just depends on whether and where you work, if you need to look slick you shave every day but if you're retired there's not much need.

Really depends on the person and I think other factors. When I was younger and working long hours with lots of stress, I would get a shadow by 3:30 or 4. People used to tell me to grow a beard. Later, after slowing down a little and getting used to the stresses, my shadow didn't come back. So I think periods of increased stress makes your beards grow faster.

Each man is different. We had a guy in boot camp that he should have shaved at least two times a day. We was up in the morning by 0530 and he would shave and by 1700 he needed it again but he didn't because it was the end of the day. Once he did not take up the shave early one morning. Well we was up and out by 4 and the hats caught it at daylight, did they have fun, when you are on a force march it can be a long ways. They made that poor guy run from the rear all the way up front(keep in mind we are moving rather fast)to ask a Sr hat for a smoke. He does not smoke, so he ran back(not bad running back)sir he said you don't smoke. Then let him know I just decided to take up the habit away he went again. Back a forth he went. We made a stop at last to change sock(didn't but it did sound good another game) they found a rock for him that was his baby. More fun a games went with that. But back to your question as much as two times a day for some, But most once is enough unless they have something very important they are going to attend.

if your talking about you face, some men shave everyday and some once a week. me, i shave twice a week. it,s a drag.

It varies from person to person. Usuakky, I need to about 3-4 times a week. It also depends on your status. Eg, a business man would have to everyday to look professional.

It also depends on your ethnicity. Some people, eg Asians, do not need to that much, as opposed to to a Latin.
