How often does the College Board change the CLEP Test & are the questions all the same during any one period?

I think it's every six months but not sure. Also, is their only one version every six months with the same questions. Basically, if my friend took it last week and remembered two or three questions, will they be on my test this week.

No, there are several different versions of each CLEP test at any given time.
