  1. Every week. Their prices are always usually lower than all other stores.


  2. As often as they mess around with their employees paychecks and health care benefits... all the time.

Did you ever notice how other retailers (grocery stores in particular) have "slae prices" advertised that look like last week's regular prices?  Know what that means?  Inflation!  All you have to do to have a rollback is to raise the price a little more than necessary and then say "Ooh!  Ooh!  Look!  We're going to roll this back!"

    Not saying that's how Wal-Mart does it, but as shady and sleazy as they are in other ways, I wouldn't put it past them.
