I'm 14 and 5'2. Is an hour everyday good?

  2. It all depends on what you are exercising for. but for an average person doing it just for health, yeah that is plenty!

  3. Yes. My mom's a doctor, and she says that if you eat healthily, 3 days of exercise a week is great for your body.

  4. yes that is perfect you should get about 30 minutes everyday!

An hour a day is plenty.  If you're trying to add muscle, alternate aerobic exercises and weight lifting.  If you're going to be weight lifting, only work each group of muscles once a week.  Example:  Legs monday, arms wednesday.  Never work connecting muscles on the same day.  Example: Biceps and forarms.

  6. exercise as in bodybuilding or just genreal exercise?
