How often should I replace the tint on my car windows?

I know that the tint begins to fade after a while, but after how long?

I live in Arizona, hottest part of the country and I have tint on all my vehicles. Never had a problem with fading. You need to get quality tint with a lifetime warranty like Lumar. If you use cheap tint, figure every 2 years. Spend the money and get good tint.

Should last a while, depending on the climate where you live.  Just replace when needed.
