My dentist told me whenever I can... that means I'll be by the sink every five minutes.

  1. Maybe he thought you never brushed your teeth so he thought you must of been very busy.

2 times day, morning/night. Or after every big meal.

  2. You should brush twice a day (in the morning and before bed), and floss after brushing to get rid of food debris between each tooth that the brush cant reach. This is important as this debris, if left, can lead to bad breath. After brushing, it is best not to rinse your mouth out with water (and not drink or smoke for about 20mins), so giving the fluoride in the toothpaste a chance to help strengthen your teeth.

Mouth wash is actually most effective when used around the middle of the day, say after lunch. This is so the fluoride in it has a chance to intergrate into your tooth structure. Try to choose a mouthwash with no alcohol as alcohol dries out your mouth and provides a more favourable environment for the bacteria that rot the teeth to grow.

  3. 2 times a day morning and before you go to bed

  4. brush - 3 times a day

mouth wash every time u brush

    floss every other day

  5. Brush twice a day, floss once a day, and mouth wash is optional, but good after you brush.

  6. Brush when you wake up and before you go to sleep, floss before you brush at night and use mouth wash in the morning after you brush. If you can try to brush or use mouthwash during the day too like after lunch.
