How often should I wash my new white curtains in a greasy kitchen?

I fry about four or fives times a month. Thanks.

(I had a disaster! I washed my curtains and they fell apart. They were the ones my grandmother put up in probably 1965. She never washed them. Her friend came over and washed them back in the 80s. So i had a bright idea to wash them in the 90s and now. They turned to dust and strips. I opened the washer and was like WHAT??? Oh, my goodness. i had to salvage what I could and put a T-shirt on the window. All that was true but I wanted to make you laugh and know that if I'm that bad you're all right!)

Well I wash my curtains in my litchen once a month sometimes twice a month , My husband frys food almost everyday , so   maybe once a month or evey two months  i guess

Wash as soon as they look slightly yellow or they smell.  I wash mine every 4 months although if they needed it before they would get done.

if they look bad.. feel bad... smell bad.. that is when you do it.. probably once a month to everyother month i would guess.

the other curtains were just fragile from time.. don't feel bad..  if they had been treated better when younger, the fibers would have been a bit stronger and sturdier.. possibly saved the curtains..
