  1. You should run hills once every week or two. Running hills isn't a necessity. Its meant as a workout to build up the muscle mass in your legs. Just do normal runs and if you really want your legs to bulk up thats when you run the hills

    like 200m inclines 8 to 12 times w/ little rest in between

  3. you should do strength , endurance, speed, and aerobic workouts throughout the week.

    hills should be done 1-2 times a week considering if you do other kinds of running throughout the week.
