  1. every 4 weeks

    goodluck!!! =D

  2. I would say every 2 month

  3. you should change it at least every 4 weeks or every month

  4. Generally, you should change your filter every 3-4 weeks, but don't be afraid to change it before then if you notice lower water quality, or dirty water.  Best of Luck!

  5. Hmm.. I'd say go with every three weeks or so should be fine. If the cartridge gets icky before that, using a small siphon hose- Use tank water to rinse out the cartridge. But try not to keep it out of the filter for too long, it can kill the bacteria on it.

I have a similar filter in my 29 gallon [but it's made for a 29 gallon obviously] and I do mine every two weeks. But I have larger fish in mine that most likely produce a lot more waste than yours do.
