How often should i feed my betta fish blood worms?

i feed my fish once a day about 3 worms but is that too much or not enough?

You should really feed the Betta,Betta food. ( flakes or pellets or switch every now and again) Bloodworms or Brine Shrimp is only something you should give like treats every now and then. (:

Blood worms shouldn't be a staple food; you should only give your betta one or two a week. Think of them as a treat - it's like you eating cake for every meal!

Give your betta a pellet food such as Hikari Bio-Gold as a staple diet, and supplement it with a blood worm a few times a week.
