St. ives Apricot Scrub and Neutrogena Oil free acne wash (together)? i have fairly sensitive skin

  1. Please, please, please throw out your ST. IVES, trust me.

    It is way to harsh. It contains crushed walnut shells that have jagged and rough edges that are akin to razorblades and cut your skin at a microscopic level causing bacteria to crawl into the skin and cause more skin problems. Can also cause blackheads and clogged pores.

    A safe scrub has round particles.  


  2. I've heard about this before....

    In one of those magazines.

    It said that you're supposed to use them [together or separate] once a day.

    If you use it more than that, you remove an important layer of your skin that protects the sensitive things underneath...

    You have sensitive skin, so once a day seems fairly good.

    If you get a rash or something, use it once every 2-3 days instead.
