Question:

How often should you let your body rest?

Every time I fall out of my daily routine I try and make up for it within a day or two, if I couldn't workout for three days because I wasn't able to come home or something I try and work out two or three times in one day but I find that my body aches like h**l! But other than that, I do workout quite obsessively, so how many days a week should I "rest"?

  1. 2 days like on saturday and sunday or whenever u have a dayoff


  2. i rest one day a week. i feel fine. your body likes physical exercises, it aches without them. so i doubt that anybody needs resting period. i have one day on saturday just cos i am busy at home and go out. otherwise i wouldnt' have even one day off. i exercise for 1,5-2 hours every day
