  1. you should know if they need air as soon as you sit on it.

  2. i check my PSI every week or 2

i ride the maximum PSI it says on the tyre

    i ride 80-100 PSI

    so its nice n fast

  3. Once a week.

  4. weakly.

  5. Before every ride.

  6. Even if they're not flat, tires will lose a little air just from the porous nature of the rubber. You should check your tires every time you ride and re-inflate them as needed. Most floor pumps have a built-in pressure gauge, so it's easy to keep them properly inflated. Under-inflated tires will have a tendency to cause pinch flats.

  7. Start by checking your tire pressures before every ride. You will see a pattern develop about how often they need to be "topped off." When that happens, you'll know how often to pump up the tires.

  8. Whenever they need inflated.  Check every ride.
