I like to change my bed once a week, and wash all the sheets, pillow cases, and quilt cover, that way it always has that fresh feeling, but if the weather is hot and i get sticky in the night, i will change my bed the next day, if not i think it will start to smell, and that i couldn't stand.

Once a week on a hot wash.  If it was really hot weather I would change bottom sheet and pillow slips more often

once a week, sometimes i forget and sometimes i wash it once every two weeks but i try to wash it once a week, their is dead skin, oils and dirt that get in the sheets, its good to keep them clean
