  1. Every week.

  2. Do a 25% water change at least once every 2 weeks and use a gravel vacuum to get rid of unwanted waste. Use something like Melafix each time after aswell to stop infections and diseases.

They grow to about 8-13cm long.

  3. that last answer is so wrong!! please clean your tank morethan 5 times a year!!! you should clean your tank weekly with a gravel vacume, taking 10 to 20 percent of the water, and replacing it with new dechlorinated water. you should clean your filter once am onth by rinsing the filter media in the old tank water so as not to kill the bacteria. i'm sorry i don't have any picture of fantails, but they get to about 12 cm's long, but bigger if they are in a pond. good luck!!

  4. Depending on if you have a filter and how many fish you have. also the amout of plants you have in it. You shoud really give it a scrub on the inside to keep the glass clear (you can buy a magnetic scrubber so you dont need to get your hads grimy) but if you think it looks dirty then clean it! if you do have a fiter then maybe olny 5 times a year but but one of the magnet scrubbers is very worthiwle. and i just stays on the side of your tank. Also because of the size it it will needed to be cleaned more or less so if your tank is rather small then you will need to clean it more that a larger one. Just if it looks dirty then clean it! you really cant make an exact period of time. :D

i hoped this helped. Good luck :D
