How often to use Sally Hansen Maximum growth plus?

I recently bought Sally Hansen maximum growth plus nourishing nail color and although it tells you to put 2-3 coats but it doesn't state how often. It states you have 30 times longer nails in 5-7 days. Does anyone have this or used it before?
