How often you go to a cinema?

Maybe once or twice a year.  Out here, 2 tickets cost $22-25, and there are no more matinees or discounted tickets.  For $25, we can buy the movie on DVD and have enough money left over for take-out food.

Theaters are just too expensive - especially given the general quality of most movies nowadays...

i would say every 2 weeks or so. i often watch movies online though

It's been years. Why should I pay $10-$12 plus another $5-$10 for snacks, sticky floors, a less than great picture, and a much less than great sound system when I can just stay home, kick back in my chair, enjoy great sound, great picture, and not have to listen to the people behind me talking through the whole film?
