How oftin do u clean a turtles tank even if i have a filter?

It depends on how big the tank is, how big the turtle is and how many turtles are living in it. If it is a smaller tank with bigger or numerous turtles I would suggest maybe every other day. If it is a large tank with smaller and very few turtles, probably once a week. The more often you clean the tank the less likely it will get cloudy, stink, or cause bacteria to grow and your turtle to get sick.

You don't need to clean the turtle tank as often as you would when you didn't have a filter, but I believe you still need to change the water. It is dependent on how many times you change out the filter and what the filter manufacturer recommends as well.  Best bet is to look up the manufacturer on the internet to get more information.  Another factor is the size of the tank and the number of turtles.  

I would like to say on a monthly basis - which is what I should be doing.  I think, once you notice the water is getting dirty, start making plans to clean out that tank.  :)
