You are a very young looking, 26 year old.  I'd suggest that you wait until you meet a guy who also wants children before you have children.  It is much easier to raise a child when there are two parents who are truly committed to their kids.  Marriage would be nice, but I understand that nowadays it's no longer a requirement in order to have children.
