How old am I supposed to be to have a small business?

I want to start sell Ice Shaving with flavors...yeah...I am Meican! but I want to know how old am I supposed to be in order have a small business like that!!! thanks for any responses

From a lawyer.  There is no age limit.  Kids babysit, sell kool-aid, cut lawns, wash cars, walk dogs, etc.  You don't need to get a license or a fictitious name or anything else.  You are a sole proprietorship.  Just do a cash business so you don't have to open a checking account.  Go for it.

do you have legal documents like your greencard? because without that, you can't do anything

I know of someone who started a business at the age of 16, he ofcourse had a little help from his parents to get started.
