How old am i suppose to be to cosplay?

i was wondering am i suppose to be a certain age to cosplay at a otakucon? and i was thinking about gettting a outfit but dont know where to find one and is there any cosplay going on in the US (united states) right now?

well... most cosplay are teenagers. so i wouldnt suggest it until about 14+. and i know that there was one really recently in idaho..

You can cosplay at every age, :) I've seen everyone from little babies to eight year olds to teenagers to forty year olds and older. ^-^
