How old and where in varadero Cuba can you buy booze and cigs.

I was wondering how old you gotta be to buy booze and cigs in cuba? And what is the law for that stuff over there?

Technically in Cuba, there is no minimum drinking age...BUT to purchase alcohol, you need to be at least 16 years old...and at the resorts, they'll be cautious about serving alcohol to minors.

However, you most likely will NOT be able to purchase any alcohol and bring it back home without being noticed by the airport officials since you'll be underage for that.

For cigarettes in Cuba, it is illegal to sell to anyone under the age of 14...and this is also according to Ministry of Commerce Resolution.
