How old are billy goats when they start to reproduce?

I have a nanny and a billy goat and i want to seperate them before she has a chance to get pregnant.. they are about 2 months now. so when should they seperate so she won't get pregnant?

Believe it or not, a goat kid of either s*x can be fertile at 7 weeks of age. That is not to say that they should be bred at this age. Intact bucks and does over 7 weeks of age should not be kept together because a young buck can, and will, breed a female at 2 months of age, this includes his mother and 2 month old sister!

I'm not sure about separation, but you should have the vet neuter your billy goat. That will solve your problem of breeding for sure.

5 months of age..

so seperate them at 4 months, or wether the billy..
