You can get a CC and start build your credit if your parents will open one with you, or put your name on there card. Officially you can get a card, when you start working and can pay for it. Could be 18- ?????. Good Luck!

whatever age they allow you to have one remember obtain a J.C penney or sears card and buy sneaker and school items etc. not a lot just enough to then pay the bill on time as that will improve your credit score then you can move on to bigger cards.  If credit runs up and you have a time with no work take advantage of obtaining credit payment protector or if the interest is about to set in you can now take advantage of other credit card offers and have a break from increasing interest rates.  You never know when you need the card and to waster it on frugalities sucks more than when you need it to reopen 911

An unsecured card you have to be minimum 18 ie) Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

You can get a pre-paid card with Mastercard. There's a popular one called the Vanilla card.

You're too young, in Ohio you start receiving offers in the mail at 16, but you can't get one unless you're 18, can prove that you have a steady income, and sometimes your own home or apartment. I don't know why you want a credit card now, but if it's that important, see if a parent can get one with you as the primary person on it.

but you can go to vipgift.com and fill out how much you want then you give them your address and they mail it, but you have to pay for it so if like oyur mom or dad has a credit card, give them the amount in cash (if you have it) then or if its a gift for you they can just pay with their creditcard. i am 11 and i have one.
