How old do I have to be to drive a U-Haul or Budget or other type of moving van?

My boss would be paying for the van and probably giving id, but I'd be driving it I'm 17 with a class D driver's license (normal, no restrictions), Can I drive the truck?

i'm in canada and you have to be 18.

At 17 you are definitely not old enough.  In many places you have to be at least 21, and even then the insurance is very expensive.

In NY you need to be 23 years old to rent and drive a moving van legally.

You could always just drive it illegally, but i don't recommend it.
