How old do i have to be to get my Driver's License in the state of Maryland?

Hi im wondering what age you have to be to get your drivers license. Im pretty sure its 3 months before your 16th birthday is when you get your permit. But when do you get your actual license where you can drive with only siblings and how old do you have to be to be able to drive by yourself?

when you get your license you have to be 16 and 3 months old; thats when you get to drive by yourself and only take your immediate family with you for atleast 5 months
