hum i live in Louisiana and they usually give it to u at school in 10th grade so 15..16 I'm 15..and I'm going to be taking it soon but u cant get Ur license in till Ur 16 ul just be getting Ur permit

depends on the state. california is 15, but you cant get your permit till 15.5  try looking up a dmv in your state and look at their website
