  2. 18

  3. It all varies from state to state, so, I'm not certain of the exact requirements in Ohio.  But...usually the judges begin to listen to a child at the age of 12, that doesn't necessarily believe they will go with what the kid says at 12, but, they'll probably at least consider what a child says by the age of 12.  No matter what the age of the child is nowadays, the judges really like to listen to what a child has to say to make sure they get put into the right home.  Usually the judge will ask the child to come into their chambers so the child does not have to sit there in front of everybody else in the courtroom.

  4. In Canada I think it is 12 but call someone that know what they are talking about.

  5. When they become LEGAL adults (age 18)

  6. Depends  if you mean the parents are divorced .Most courts will pretty well let the age limit be 12 years old...but the judge will still see which parent would be more fit...If you mean when growing up in a house hold of mom and dad then should be 18 years old when they graduate. You have to let your children out of the nest and let them have their own life to live.Just try to advise them of right and wrong and how to manage their budget.  jenny d.
