How old do u have to be drive a moped and how big is on ft?

It depends from state to state how old you have to be to ride a moped, the usual being 14 or 15 years old. If you go to the DOT office around where you live and ask someone there, they should be able to tell you how old you have to be. In addition to an age requirement, they also require that you take a moped safety course - I'm pretty sure this is regardless of what state you live in.
