How old do u have to be to decide your own custody wen ur parents are divorced

I'm a girl who wants to know wen she can pick hus house she lives at i hate my dads wife and id do anything to change my custody arrangements

depends on your age, talk to your mom and contact lawyer or such to hear if they can help you with it

Depends on your state or country, its either 16 or 18 depending on where you live.

Each state is different but in Illinois where I live a child may be heard in court at age 12.  At age 14 they can usually choose...  the court will still look at the living and parental conditions.

You have the right to call your states attorneys office and find out what is legal in your state.
