i don't think there should really be a set age on when a person is allowed to date. but you should remember one thing. when you're twelve it would be kind of hard to get around considering neither one of you will be able to drive.there's nothing wrong with having fun, saying you go out though- that's different than having a serious boyfriend. you really shouldn't want to get into that yet. just have fun.

well,whenever feels right,i think that when you leave primary school,you are old enough to start seeing people.girlfriends/boyfriends are fun at that age,as they still have the important ingredient (love ) but dont tend to start developing the other stuff that comes in later relationships. so if you feel ready go for it!

it lasted six months till i was 14 and him 15,

depends.i always say age doesnt matter (well, not from 10 or something!) cos a lot of youngsters are really mature.however, i would say WAIT.the pressures and drama relationships bring would be best avoided till ur at least 15
